Students must complete and pass a 15-20 hour online self-study course beforehand, and complete the hands-on training at the NCOAE campus in Wilmington, NC.
Participants must currently be 15 years and 6 months to 120 years old.
Registration starts on 10/28/2024 and ends on 10/10/2025.
