Students must complete and pass a 20-40 hour self-study course beforehand, and complete the hands-on training at the NCOAE campus in Wilmington, NC.
Participants must currently be 15 years and 6 months to 120 years old.
Registration starts on 04/29/2025 and ends on 01/14/2026.
