Students must complete and pass a 20-40 hour self-study course beforehand, and complete the hands-on training at the NCOAE campus in Wilmington, NC.
Participants must be 14 years to 120 years old when the program starts.
Registration starts on 04/29/2025 and ends on 04/15/2026.
